SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Courier & Shipping Fee

Courier service is handled by our appointed logistic partner, J&T Express. 

This service will require a signature upon delivery. Your total shipping fee will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Delivery charges are based on weight of item/items purchased and the location of delivery.

Delivery Lead Time

Delivery will take about 2-3 working days to Peninsular Malaysia and 2-5 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

Tracking Order & Delivery Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online once your item has been passed to J&T Express. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive the confirmation email however, please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.
