RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

You may submit a request to claire@butizaolumis.com to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the order shipped or delivered, Butiza will not be able to approve the cancellation request. 

Returns

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted if you received a wrong items, defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. In the interests of hygiene, earrings products are considered as non-returnable product. All sales and promotional items are strictly non-refundable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If you meet the criteria above and wish to proceed with the return,  items must be sent promptly to the address given to you and notify us at claire@butizaolumis.com.

Refunds

We will process your refund or exchange and will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund amount within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In case of return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the item to be returned and delivery fee will be chargeable. Butiza reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

Shipping

Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.
